5-Star Luxury Hotel | Cornwall
48 hours per week | Relocation Package Available
My client is recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join their award-winning five-star hotel in Cornwall.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the hotel’s Food & Beverage operation, including two restaurants (one exclusively for resident guests), the bar, in-room dining and events. You’ll lead by example, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across all outlets.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised guest service with impeccable attention to detail.
- Recruit, train and develop the Food & Beverage team.
- Manage budgets, labour costs, food and beverage costs and departmental profitability.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef on menus and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene and compliance.
- Be a visible presence during service, supporting both guests and the team.

About You
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong background in traditional silver service and quality dining.
- A hands-on leader with excellent people management skills.
- Commercially minded with strong operational experience.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
