No two days are alike as we provide unique experiences everyday such as our Mad Hatters afternoon tea in the Sanderson courtyard or our signature cocktails in the Blind Spot at St Martins Lane – our speakeasy cocktail bar.

We have a fabulous opportunity to join St Martins Lane in our Food & Beverage team as an F&B Manager.

Under the guidance and supervision of the Food & Beverage Director, you will manage and develop the hotel F&B outlets to the highest of standards whilst optimising guest satisfaction through consistent high operating procedures and development of team members.

You Will

  • Manage daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service.
  • Handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests, and inquiries while taking the necessary action steps and ensuring a follow-through.
  • Create and maintain a personal and respectful rapport with regular guests.
  • Assist in organising regular team member training while also helping in creating development and performance management plans.
  • Assist in driving promotional and marketing activities.
  • Assist in managing budgets and financial goals, including revenue management, Payroll & Team schedule management, alongside food and beverage cost of sales.
  • Foster a positive work environment by motivating and leading team members to deliver their best.
  • Maintain high team morale and retention rate.
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with colleagues in other departments.

Requirements

Must have at least two year's experience in an F&B manager role or equivalent in hospitality.
