Food & Beverage Manager
Full Time | Bartley Lodge Hotel | New Forest Collection

We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, inspiring teams, and driving high standards across our restaurant, bar, weddings and events.

What You'll Be Doing
As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our food and beverage operation across the hotel, working closely with our Head Chef and Wedding & Events Executive to deliver outstanding service every day.
Your role will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of Supervisors and Food & Beverage Assistants
- Creating a positive, guest-focused culture
- Managing restaurant, bar and event operations
- Delivering exceptional service for weddings, celebrations and conferences
- Planning staffing levels and rotas
- Managing stock, ordering and budgets
- Maintaining the highest food safety and health & safety standards
- Handling guest feedback professionally and turning challenges into positive experiences
- Driving standards, efficiency and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For
You'll already have experience managing busy hospitality operations and know how to get the very best from your team.
You'll ideally have:
- At least 3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage Management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing budgets and stock control
- A positive, hands-on management style
A Hospitality qualification would be an advantage, but your attitude, experience and leadership are what matter most.
