Food & Beverage Supervisor - 30 Hours a week

Join Our Team
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our Food & Beverage operation and create exceptional experiences for our guests.
This is a hands-on role where you'll support the day-to-day running of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, supporting team members and helping to deliver memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage departments
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service across all food and beverage areas
- Support, coach and motivate team members during service
- Assist with the organisation and delivery of restaurant, bar, breakfast and event operations (where applicable)
- Ensure service standards are maintained consistently across all outlets
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally and effectively
- Support stock control, ordering and operational administration where required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety and company standards
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Help create a positive and engaging environment for guests and colleagues
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role
- Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and support others
- Organised and able to perform effectively in a busy environment
- Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
- Flexible and willing to support different areas of the Food & Beverage operation
