Food & Beverage Supervisor

Burley Manor | New Forest

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at Burley Manor, our beautiful country house hotel nestled in the heart of the New Forest.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality — someone who loves creating memorable moments, knows what great service looks like, and takes pride in making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

At Burley Manor, every day is a little different. From relaxed lunches and afternoon drinks to special celebrations and memorable dinners, you’ll help bring our food and beverage operation to life and make sure every guest leaves with a reason to come back.

A Little About Us

Burley Manor is part of New Forest Hotels, a collection of beautifully individual hotels, each with its own character, story and sense of place.

Our purpose is simple: to enrich the lives of those within our community by providing the best New Forest hospitality.

We want our hotels to feel warm, sincere and welcoming — places where people can connect, be creative and thrive. Our teams are at the heart of that, and we believe the best hospitality comes from people who genuinely care.

We live by four values:

  • Be BRAVE - take ownership
  • Collaborate as a TEAM
  • Develop, NURTURE and care
  • Be OPEN - communicate honestly

What you’ll be doing

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of the team, helping to create an experience that feels effortless for our guests.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
