Delaware North UK is hiring a part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, Derbyshire. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be leading the team in service excellence, ensuring first-class experiences for guests. Responsibilities
- Lead the team in their daily duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Assist managers with highlighting areas of operational improvement, managing staffing levels in line with budget goals and business needs, as well as the training, development, and counselling of team members
- Ensure appropriate stock of all required products and supplies
- Greet guests positively and manage their feedback appropriately
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
Qualifications
- No degree required
- 1+ years’ supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel or high-end environment
- Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment
- Skills in leadership, training, written and verbal communication, organisation, customer service, basic maths, and basic computer skills

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Delaware North has provided hospitality services at Pride Park Stadium and Derby County Training Ground since 2008. Home to Derby County Football Club, the 32,956 stadium has hosted memorable matches, conferences, and events. Delaware North is proud to partner with Derby County FC as part of Club DCFC, a joint venture and the first fully integrated hospitality operation between a football club and hospitality provider.
