Food & Beverage Supervisor

Location: Louma Country Hotel

Reports to: Head of Food & Beverage

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Working pattern: Includes evenings and weekends

At Louma Country Hotel, we are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food, hospitality, and service. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic leader of the F&B Team to deliver its market-leading food, beverage, and experiences offering across the hotel.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is developing their career in the hospitality, takes pride in high standards, and is keen to learn from an experienced and passionate team.


About the Role

Oversee service of the market-leading culinary and beverage offering to exceed guest expectations.

In this hands-on role, you will work across outlets and the operations, proactively developing your team’s standards and operations while advancing your team’s technical skills in the process of ensuring service runs smoothly and consistently for both food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with Financial Procedures across the operation in terms of procurement, administration, stock handling, use of resources, personnel utilisation, and other aspects for a benchmark operation.
  • Maintain comprehensive monthly audit of food and beverage stocks and OS&E, leading processes and reporting any issues or recommendations.
  • Implement SOPs across the operation.
  • Lead training for F&B Team members and other staff as required to ensure service of offering to a consistent high standard at all times.
  • Proactively drive the upselling of items of food, beverage, and also Activities, Experiences and Events, to support the drive of revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain Service Stations with required equipment, materials, consumables, resources as required for high standard service.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and during busy periods.

We’re looking for someone who has / is:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury / high-end hotel / restaurant environment.
  • Experienced with Point-of-Sale Systems.
  • Reliable, proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback from senior chefs.
  • Organised, calm under pressure, and attentive to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment and to accept responsibility individually.
  • Flexible, creative, and committed.
