This is an exciting opportunity to join Warwick Food Group as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy and diverse food and beverage outlets. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading by example during service, and ensuring consistently high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Working closely with managers, you will supervise shifts, support commercial performance, monitor stock levels, and help develop a positive, service-focused culture that exceeds customer expectations.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with experience in a food and beverage environment and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be confident supervising and supporting colleagues, with the ability to coach and develop others to achieve their best. A positive, flexible approach, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will be committed to maintaining high standards, solving problems effectively, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
