Food and Beverage Team leader
COMO The Halkin is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in London.
Requirements
- Excellent motivator and someone who clearly leads by example
- Enjoy taking responsibility and delivering results
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience of working in a luxury hotel environment is ideal
- Confidence and capability to take room service orders over the telephone and input into Micros
- Excellent English speaking ability
- Immaculate presentation skills
- Able to work a variety of different shifts, including weekends, early starts and late finishes
Responsibilities
- Ensuring guests receive an excellent dining experience across Room Service, Mini Bar, Breakfast Room, and Meeting and Event spaces
- Adapting to working in different parts of the Food and Beverage operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly service delivery
- Engaging with guests to deliver personalized service, taking every opportunity to create memorable experiences in keeping with the ‘Surprise and Delight’ culture
- Encouraging other employees to create memorable guest experiences
- Maintaining and proactively sharing excellent product knowledge with the team
