Food and Beverage Team leader

COMO The Halkin is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in London.

Requirements

  • Excellent motivator and someone who clearly leads by example
  • Enjoy taking responsibility and delivering results
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in a luxury hotel environment is ideal
  • Confidence and capability to take room service orders over the telephone and input into Micros
  • Excellent English speaking ability
  • Immaculate presentation skills
  • Able to work a variety of different shifts, including weekends, early starts and late finishes

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring guests receive an excellent dining experience across Room Service, Mini Bar, Breakfast Room, and Meeting and Event spaces
  • Adapting to working in different parts of the Food and Beverage operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly service delivery
  • Engaging with guests to deliver personalized service, taking every opportunity to create memorable experiences in keeping with the ‘Surprise and Delight’ culture
  • Encouraging other employees to create memorable guest experiences
  • Maintaining and proactively sharing excellent product knowledge with the team
