Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards. Working closely with the wider hotel team, you will help with food preparation, stock rotation, mise en place, and daily kitchen operations, ensuring guests receive a consistent and enjoyable dining experience. The role also includes assisting with Kitchen Porter duties as required to support the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is desirable.
- A passion for food, cooking, and delivering high-quality dishes.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills through training.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
