Food & Beverage Team Member Apprentice

The Eskdale is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Member Apprentice to join our team in Castleton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and build a career within the hospitality industry while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

What you'll do at work

  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in line with company standards.
  • Prepare dining and bar areas before service and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating where appropriate.
  • Support stock control and replenishment of supplies.
  • Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Assist colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment.
  • Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend training sessions as required.
