Food & Beverage Team Member Apprentice
The Eskdale is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Member Apprentice to join our team in Castleton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and build a career within the hospitality industry while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
What you'll do at work
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in line with company standards.
- Prepare dining and bar areas before service and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating where appropriate.
- Support stock control and replenishment of supplies.
- Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
- Assist colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment.
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend training sessions as required.
