The Role
We are looking for someone to assist the Food & Beverage management team in the delivery of a high-quality F&B operation focussed on enhancing the guest experience at every possible opportunity whilst also maintaining the highest standards when it comes to Food Safety, Hygiene and Allergens.
The Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and deployment of Retail and Hospitality teams, ensuring company procedures are followed.
- Assist in delivering training and development programmes that drive customer service, product knowledge and operational excellence.
- Manage stock effectively, ensuring accurate storage, distribution, rotation and replenishment to maximise sales and event performance.
- Monitor deliveries, stock levels and equipment, reporting issues promptly and supporting accurate stock takes and record keeping.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, health & safety, HACCP, COSHH and counter-terrorism compliance across all operations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within a warehouse, retail, hospitality or event operations environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage stock, deliveries and multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive team player who communicates effectively and works collaboratively with colleagues and managers.
- Good attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and maintaining operational standards.
- A safety-conscious approach, with an understanding of health & safety, food hygiene and security responsibilities within a customer-facing venue.
