About The Role

The post holder will have responsibility for supervising a team of officers within the Cardiff Food and Port Health team that require specific training and mentoring for the purpose of attaining competency in accordance with the Food Law Code of Practice.

Under the direction of the Operational Manager (Commercial Services) the post holder will undertake a role in Monitoring, Assessing Competency and Performance for Food and Port Health.
