IKEA Glasgow are looking for food co-workers to join their fantastic team.

As a Food Co-worker, you'll help create enjoyable dining experiences that make every IKEA visit memorable.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Start Date of employment will be: October
- Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
- 12 hour contract working 3 days over 7 will consider weekends only contracts as well.
- 16 hour contracts working 4 days over 7 early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts, with every 4th weekend off.
- All our part time contracts will receive every 4th weekend off (excluding weekend only contracts)
- As part of this role, you will need to be available to work some early morning shifts starting at 7:00am.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- You work well as part of a team, understanding how your individual contribution enhances overall team performance.
- You approach tasks in a thorough and organized way that allows you to maintain focus even during busy periods.
- Previous experience in a food environment would be an advantage however not essential as full training is provided.
- Due to Health & Safety you will need to be 18 years old.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- You enjoy working in an environment that is varied where you will need to switch tasks and manage a number of priorities. You could be on our restaurant floor ensuring our customers are having a great dining experience, taking payment at our tills, using our industrial dishwashers that make quick work of mountains of plates and massive pots or in our Swedish Bistro serving up our famous hot dogs.
- You work to create memorable customer experiences, listening to customer feedback and taking actions.
- You follow safety protocols and regulations securing a safe environment for both our customers and co-workers.
- You assist other members of your team whenever you can contributing to a collaborative work environment.
