Food & Beverage Assistant
We offer minimum 37.5-hour per week employment contracts, but we understand that everyone’s needs are different. That’s why we’re happy to discuss part-time contracts to fit around your individual schedule.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for hospitality and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Assist guests with enquiries, making recommendations and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness within your work area and the hotel.
- Uphold the hotel’s values and brand standards in all interactions.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Assist with other duties as and when required by management.
