We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Truly Talented team.

Your Role
You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of Food & Beverage Assistant will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and serving any beverages requested by guests;
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times;
- Ensuring that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner;
- Ensuring that cleanliness is kept at the highest standards at all times in the Food & Beverage Outlets;
- Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu;
- Responding to guests’ queries on the menu selection;
- Communicating any guests’ questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, as well as any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the teams accordingly.

The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.
The Core Skills And Experience Required To Succeed
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;
- Previous restaurant or bar experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential;
- Excellent personal presentation;
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures;
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision;
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing;
- To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
