To assist the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver a great service of food and beverages within well-presented and stocked catering outlets making every guest feel special. To maximise revenue and profit in all food and beverage outlets through the use of upselling and suggestive selling techniques.

Working Hours:

  • Rolling 2-Week Rota
  • Alternative Weekends Off (Weekdays Off If Working Weekend)
  • No Split Shifts
  • Primarily Day Shifts Only (8:30am until 4:30pm or 9am until 5pm)
  • Occasional Evening Shifts for Events (Once or Twice Per Month)
