Food and Beverage Assistant
Location: Burley

We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our welcoming team at New Forest Hotels. Whether you're already experienced in hospitality or looking to start your career in the industry, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an excellent experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and professional service to our guests
- Supporting the smooth running of our food and beverage operations
- Taking pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Following food hygiene, safety and allergen procedures
- Working closely with your colleagues to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Being available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role would be an advantage, but it isn't essential — full training will be provided for the right person.
Due to the location of our venues and limited public transport links, you will need to have your own reliable transport and be able to travel to and from work for a variety of shift patterns.
