Which is why we’re searching for a new Food & Beverage Assistant at voco Belfast, confident in delivering unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from welcome drinks to starter, dessert and beyond.
This is a part-time 20-hour contract with flexibility of hours during holiday cover.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Providing efficient, prompt, and exceptional Guest and Corporate experiences within Food & Beverage from our full-service POMO restaurant to Meeting & Events.
- Be proactive in dealing with compliments and complaints and reporting them to the manager/supervisor as required.
- Ensuring Food & Beverage standards deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices.
- Helping set exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas.
- Receiving and processing guest payments.

What We Need From You
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably within a hotel setting.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
