The Role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll help create memorable experiences for our guests across our restaurants, hotel and spa.
You'll Be
- Welcoming and looking after guests with warmth and professionalism
- Delivering friendly, attentive food and beverage service
- Working across our restaurants and hospitality venues
- Preparing and maintaining front and back of house areas
- Setting up and closing down service areas for functions and events
- Confidently running a section during breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner
- Answering guest questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way
- Completing training and refresher sessions to develop your skills
- Helping maintain the high standards Hoar Cross Hall is known for

About You
You'll need:
- Have previous hospitality or food & beverage experience
- Have knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards
- Have confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Have great communication and people skills
- Have a positive attitude and passion for outstanding guest service
Even Better If You Have
- Have experience in high-volume service
- Have food Safety training or a relevant qualification
Additional Information
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Zero-hour contract
- £12.71 per hour
- Typically, 1–5 days per week
- Shifts covering daytime and evening
- Hours can range from 6 to 37.5 hours per week
- Full flexibility is important, including availability for breakfast shifts starting from 6am
