Mission
As a Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will support the Food & Beverage Director in the day-to-day coordination of the department, ensuring smooth administrative operations, effective communication across outlets, and exceptional support to the Food & Beverage leadership team. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, coordinating projects, and helping deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities – Operational Excellence
- Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage Director, ensuring efficient organisation of departmental activities and priorities.
- Coordinate rotas, meetings, diaries, training schedules, and departmental communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely follow-up of actions.
- Monitor departmental purchasing, invoices, stock requests, and supplier documentation, liaising closely with Finance and Purchasing teams.
- Maintain accurate employee records, training documentation, and compliance files in line with company standards.
- Support recruitment and onboarding administration, including interview coordination, new starter documentation, and uniform requests.
- Work collaboratively with Kitchen, Events, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless operational communication.
- Assist with departmental projects, audits, promotional activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure company policies, health & safety procedures, and food safety standards are consistently followed.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service, responding professionally to enquiries and supporting operational requirements.

What we're looking for
- Previous administrative or coordination experience within Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Hotel Operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using hotel systems such as OPERA or Fourth is advantageous.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- A proactive, positive, and flexible approach to work.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
