F&B Host (Waiting Staff) – The Fife Arms, Braemar
Awarded Condé Nast Traveler Triple Crown, and holder of 2 Michelin Keys, the Fife Arms is one of Scotland’s most celebrated hotels. We’re looking for enthusiastic F&B Hosts (Waiting Staff) to join our Clunie Dining Room team in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park.
About the Role
As an F&B Host, you’ll help deliver exceptional dining experiences by:
- Welcoming and hosting guests with warmth and professionalism
- Making menu recommendations and taking orders
- Ensuring smooth, efficient service to the highest LQA standards
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organised, and guest-ready
- Supporting the team in continually improving and exceeding expectations

We’re looking for individuals who bring:
- Experience in a luxury or 5-star hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- A willingness to learn, grow, and embrace high standards
- Energy, initiative, and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
