About The Role
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who loves being where the action is: visible, hands-on and right at the heart of the House when it comes alive.
Someone who knows that exceptional hospitality is about more than getting the basics right. It’s about knowing our Members, creating meaningful moments, spotting the details others miss and inspiring a team to deliver service that feels effortless, personal and unmistakably Home House.
You’ll lead our F&B operation across Cedric’s Bar, The Restaurant, The Drawing Rooms, The Garden, House 21 and Private Events, bringing energy, personality and high standards to every space.
Why join us?
At Home House, we’re intentionally different. We’re not your usual Members Club, and we don’t want to deliver usual hospitality.
You’ll be part of a leadership team that cares about its people, enjoys what it does and takes pride in creating experiences that surprise, delight and keep our Members coming back.
Here’s What You Can Expect
Be at the heart of the House
This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend plenty of time on the floor, getting to know our Members, supporting your teams and bringing each of our spaces to life. We want you right in the middle of the action.
Lead a team that loves hospitality
You’ll inspire, coach and develop a diverse F&B team, creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered and motivated to deliver their best. You’ll be the kind of leader who leads from the front and brings people with you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
