Food & Beverage Manager - Eden Locke, Edinburgh

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at Eden Locke, Edinburgh.

Our F&B space is at the heart of the hotel. By day, it is a relaxed coffee shop serving our guests, local community, and visitors. As the day moves on, it transforms into a welcoming wine and cocktail bar.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front, and working closely with their team. You will play a key role in shaping the F&B experience while working closely with the hotel team to create a seamless experience for our guests.

About The Job

As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and overall performance of our F&B offering.

This is a hands-on role. You will be on the floor, working alongside your team, supporting service, speaking with guests, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You will also take ownership of the commercial side of the operation, including budgets, stock, costs, and profitability.

You will work closely with the wider hotel team, supporting events, activations, and the overall guest experience. We are a collaborative environment, so communication and teamwork are a big part of the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
