Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage professional to join the team at Ibis London Wembley as our Food & Beverage Manager.
Located in the heart of Wembley, just moments away from Wembley Stadium, OVO Arena Wembley and Wembley Park, Ibis London Wembley welcomes a diverse mix of leisure, corporate and event guests throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a busy and dynamic Food & Beverage operation and play a key role in the continued success of the hotel.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded leader to oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including breakfast service, restaurant, bar and event. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences, driving revenue growth, controlling costs and developing a high-performing team.
The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring exceptional service standards while maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel
- Delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring service excellence at all times
- Driving Food & Beverage revenue and identifying commercial opportunities
- Managing departmental budgets, payroll and cost controls
- Monitoring stock levels, purchasing, wastage and inventory management
- Recruiting, training, coaching and developing team members
- Creating a positive and engaging working environment that promotes team performance
- Managing departmental rotas, attendance and productivity
- Supporting the delivery of hotel and departmental financial targets
- Working closely with other department teams to ensure seamless operations
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety legislation and health & safety requirements
- Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvement plans where required
- Supporting promotions, seasonal menus, events and new F&B initiatives
- Acting as a role model and ambassador for the Accor brand values

Qualifications
We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You will have:
- Previous management experience within a hotel Food & Beverage environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A proven ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience analysing business performance and implementing improvement plans
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- A good understanding of stock management and labour control
- Sound knowledge of food hygiene, licensing and health & safety legislation
- Good IT and administrative skills
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. As Food & Beverage Manager you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fabulous guest experience together with your team. To help you do that we will support you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in your role.
Our hotel offers 210 rooms, and Bar-Restaurant. Ibis London Wembley is a modern hotel situated in the heart of Wembley, one of London's most vibrant areas. It offers convenient access to some of the city's major attractions, including the iconic Wembley Stadium and OVO Arena.
Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week. Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC)
