We're looking for someone who:
- ✔️ Has Food & Beverage management experience within a quality hotel or hospitality venue.
- ✔️ Leads from the front.
- ✔️ Loves creating memorable guest experiences.
- ✔️ Knows their way around labour, stock control and GP.
- ✔️ Brings positivity, professionalism and plenty of enthusiasm.

Reporting to:
Operations Manager / General Manager
We're not just looking for someone to manage the operation. We're looking for someone who'll help shape the experience, inspire the team, and make every guest leave wanting to come back.
