Description

You will be empowered to lead and manage a small team in ensuring the service provided in our Executive Lounge is as luxurious as the name portrays. You’ll be responsible for managing service operations, revenue generating sales, and employee engagement. You and your team will be responsible for all the VIP guests, the only ones with access to the outlet, ensuring outstanding service and guest care is consistent.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role

  • Develop, implement, and monitor restaurant sales, service, and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience maximizing business potential.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and provide service to exceed their expectations, take appropriate action with regards to guest feedback.
  • Manage, lead, and inspire a well-structured team of food & beverage professionals, ensuring all are briefed accordingly.
  • Be responsible for the smooth running of your own outlet.
  • Support other departments where required.
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads) with the Food and Beverage Manager and Marketing team.
