What will the role involve?
As a Food & Beverage Manager at Ettington Park Hotel, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience across all hotel outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, lounge, room service, and events, while ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.
Your role will focus on supporting, motivating, and developing the food and beverage team through training, coaching, and inspirational leadership. You will be responsible for managing staffing levels, driving service excellence, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities also include managing budgets and costs, monitoring stock levels, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and working closely with other departments to deliver outstanding events and dining experiences. The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, commercially aware, and committed to maintaining Ettington Park's reputation for excellence in luxury hospitality.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
