Role Overview
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the daily functions of the food and beverage departments, and maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a guest-focused mindset to ensure an exceptional stay.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring a consistently high level of service and smooth workflow.
- Manage staff rota's to optimise productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policy and industry regulations.

Guest Experience
- Ensure an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and luxurious environment.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise all food and beverage team members to ensure 5 star service is maintained
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development.
- Create a collaborative, motivated, and guest-focused team culture.
Financial
- Manage food and beverage budgets, revenue goals, and cost controls.
