The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to take ownership of food and beverage across our hotel and help shape outstanding guest experiences from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Food and beverage sits at the very heart of our hotels, and in this role you will lead all F&B operations, including the main restaurant, bar, and room service. You will ensure high standards are delivered consistently, while creating welcoming, enjoyable, and memorable dining experiences for every guest.

How You’ll Make An Impact

This role combines commercial leadership with people-centred management. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strong operational control, thoughtful planning, and a clear understanding of guest expectations. Alongside this, you will manage the F&B budget, produce accurate forecasts, and oversee labour planning in a way that supports both business performance and team wellbeing.

Just as importantly, you will lead, inspire, and develop a team of dedicated food and beverage professionals. You understand that people perform at their best when they feel supported, valued, and clear about what is expected of them. Through consistent leadership, coaching, and encouragement, you will help create a confident, engaged, and high-performing team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
