Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant/bar experience an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong serving skills and knowledge of food safety practices
  • Excellent hospitality and guest service abilities
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions
  • Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts
  • Culinary experience is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
