We are looking for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take ownership of multiple vibrant service areas and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operation.
Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you'll oversee multiple outlets while leading a large team to deliver exceptional service, commercial performance and unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day operation of our:
- Restaurants
- Bars
- Cafés
- Weddings
- Meetings & Events
- Exclusive Hire functions
- Delivering consistently outstanding guest experiences
- Leading, motivating and developing Restaurant Managers, Bars Manager, Meetings & Events Operations Managers, Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and Food & Beverage colleagues
- Driving sales, revenue and departmental performance
- Managing budgets, labour costs, stock control and profitability
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, SOPs, food safety, licensing and health & safety legislation
- Planning rotas and ensuring staffing levels meet business needs
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and team development
- Working closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Continuously improving service, quality and operational efficiency

- Food safety compliance
- Licensing and health & safety legislation
- High standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Risk assessments and safe working practices
- Creating a positive and safe working environment
About You
- Have previous senior Food & Beverage management experience within a hotel, resort or luxury hospitality environment
- Have experience managing multiple Food & Beverage outlets
- Have excellent commercial awareness, including budgets, labour costs and stock control
- Have proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have a hands-on management style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have a genuine passion for exceptional guest service and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, licensing and hospitality best practice

Additional Information
- 45 hours per week
- Working 5 out of 7 days per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays)
- Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and not require future sponsorship
