Welcome to House of Gods Glasgow

Welcome to House of Gods Glasgow, where velvet decadence meets rock ‘n’ roll glamour. We’re not your average hotel, and we’re not looking for average people.

We’re Hiring

We’re on the hunt for experienced F&B Staff, including Bartenders and Waiting Staff, people with confidence, charisma, pace, and a genuine love of great hospitality. You’ll bring energy to the bar and floor, deliver slick service, know how to read a guest, and make sure every interaction feels polished, personal, and unmistakably House of Gods.

For us, F&B is where theatre meets precision: beautiful drinks, confident service, sharp presentation, immaculate tables, clean stations, and energy that pulls people in. The expectation is clear, you must have previous bar, waiting, or floor service experience, be comfortable working at pace, support smooth service, maintain standards, and help create the kind of atmosphere guests remember long after the final pour or final course.

This isn’t your standard F&B role. It’s cocktails, table service, guest connection, polished presentation, confident menu and drinks knowledge, clean sections, service theatre, upselling, smooth handovers, and keeping the bar and floor looking flawless even when the room is buzzing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
