The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking an F&B Supervisor to play an integral part in our Food & Beverage Department. You will work closely with Food and Beverage Manager ensuring a high standard of customer service is offered at all times, supervising the team to deliver a great experience for our guests.
As F&B Supervisor key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with recruitment and selection of Food & Beverage team members
- Training new and existing team members to deliver excellent customer service, providing feedback and support as required
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained within the Food & Beverage areas
- Taking responsibility for the float, payments and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team
- To assist in the planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure its smooth running of the department
- Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times.
- Attending meetings as required
- Participating in the Duty Manager rota as required.

What we are looking for:
- Supervisory experience, particularly within the hospitality industry would be advantageous
- Proven experience within a Food & Beverage, ideally within a hotel/quality establishment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and great team player
- Experience of MICROS

The Copthorne Hotel Manchester sits peacefully on the attractive Salford Quays waterfront and is within easy reach of MediaCityUK.
