Mission
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring service runs smoothly and consistently meets our high standards. You will support the team, maintain compliance, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all team members are trained and follow Health & Safety policies, including food hygiene and licensing regulations
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, dishes, wines, and beverages across all outlets
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver efficient service and cost control
- Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism, care, and attention
- Support the implementation of Food & Beverage promotions and initiatives
- Coordinate staff training, ensuring rotas align with operational and training needs
- Support team development, including assisting junior staff with learning and e-training
- Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive working environment
- Ensure service standards are consistently maintained across all areas
- Work closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within Food & Beverage
- Strong customer service skills and a guest-focused approach
- Good knowledge of food safety and service standards
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive and hands-on attitude
- Fluent in English
- Eligibility to work in the UK
