We are now looking for three Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team on six month contracts, working 187.5, 253 or 387.5 annualised hours (pro rata).

The Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will supervise specific bars and lead a team of Food & Beverage Bartenders in the delivery of great service during gigs, shows, and events at the Roundhouse.
Focusing on excellent customer service and consistent product delivery, you’ll help motivate and train staff, ensuring they have strong product knowledge and can support revenue generation.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage management team and other operational teams, you’ll help ensure our food and beverage offering runs to high standards while maintaining Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Licensing requirements.
Additionally, you will:
- Deliver and support staff training
- Support stock management and minimise waste
- Help drive revenue across the food and beverage operation
- Work flexibly across evenings, late nights and weekends as required
About You
To be considered as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will need:
- Previous supervisory experience in a bar or catering environment, including supervisory till functions and team management
- Experience of stock management and managing waste
- Strong food and beverage product knowledge
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards
- A positive, team-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- The flexibility to work late nights and weekends

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be aged 18 or over.
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.
