What you will have an opportunity to do:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service in alignment with The Elms brand standards.
- Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, promptly resolve concerns, and elevate the overall dining experience.
- Lead by example on the floor, modeling exceptional hospitality and professionalism.

Operational Leadership
- Supervise daily outlet operations including opening/closing procedures, shift coverage, and floor management.
- Support scheduling, break coverage, and labor efficiency in coordination with F&B leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, coach, and support food and beverage colleagues to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
- Provide real-time feedback and escalate performance or conduct issues appropriately.

Financial & Inventory Controls
- Assist with monitoring inventory, product levels, and minimizing waste.
- Support accurate cash handling, POS usage, and adherence to financial procedures.
- Contribute to upselling initiatives and revenue-driving opportunities.

Standards & Compliance
- Ensure outlet cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet health department and brand standards.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and workplace expectations at all times.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or a related service environment.
- Prior experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and basic food and beverage operations.
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
Compensation:
$17.00 - $19.00
