  • Supplier coordination
  • Monitoring production and distribution workflows
  • Process orders and invoices

The individual will help streamline processes, track performance metrics, and support cost and efficiency initiatives to ensure products are delivered on time and to quality standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to maintain smooth operations and support new product launches.

The person in this role will also address operational issues, support customer service needs, and contribute to continuous improvement in systems and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience, including coordinating day-to-day processes and improving workflow efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
  • Customer Service orientation to support client needs, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Experience in food, FMCG, or retail operations
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with basic business software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory systems, etc).
