Catering Assistant
The main focus of this post is the provision of patient and visitor catering services to all customers, patients, departments, and business tenants within the hospital, adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety Regulations at all times.
Working as part of a team on a rotation covering over 7 days’ rota, you will deliver a quality patient and visitor-focused service.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Policies and Procedures and Food Fluid and Nutrition Standards, all of which will be monitored by the Team Leaders.
- Preferably have relevant experience of a similar busy food service environment, including till experience and filling and cleaning of several busy vending machines.
Requirements
- Work between the galley dining room, vending on various shifts.
- Available for a 4-week training plan to start with 2 weeks from 7am to 3pm and 2 weeks from 12 to 8:00pm over 4 consecutive weeks.
