We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently facilitate the timely and efficient transfer of food and goods from local merchants to customers. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring reliable deliveries, operating within a flexible on-demand model across various neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery assignments efficiently using the Dasher app, ensuring timely acceptance and completion of each assigned customer order.
- Utilize GPS navigation tools to plan optimal routes for deliveries, maintaining efficiency and meeting estimated arrival times reliably.
- Interact professionally with customers and support, providing clear updates and resolving delivery-related inquiries promptly.
- Earn competitive compensation per delivery plus 100% of all customer tips, with additional income opportunities through promotions like Peak Pay.
- Enjoy complete schedule flexibility, allowing you to work on-demand with no set minimum or maximum hours, starting and stopping anytime.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some states, 21 in California) and possess a valid driver's license or identification card.
- Possess a reliable personal vehicle, such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a smartphone to operate the Dasher delivery application.
- Demonstrate strong professionalism and responsible conduct, ensuring safe driving practices and respectful interactions with customers and merchants.
