Main Responsibilities
As a Food Pricing Analyst, you'll be the commercial expert within our bid team, helping to transform customer requirements into compelling food service solutions.
Working closely with Business Development, Operations, Procurement and Finance teams, you'll:
- Develop accurate and competitive food service pricing models.
- Analyse customer requirements, sales mixes, labour costs and operational data.
- Build commercial solutions that balance customer value with business profitability.
- Identify risks, opportunities and growth potential within bids.
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions throughout the sales process.
- Work with stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver high-quality bid submissions.
- Model different financial scenarios to support decision-making and governance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing tools, processes and best practice.

The Ideal Candidate
We're interested in individuals who have experience within outsourcing, food services or facilities management and who can bring strong commercial thinking and analytical capability.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in Food Pricing, IFM Pricing, Commercial Finance, Finance BP, Procurement, Commercial or Operational roles.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical analysis capability.
- The ability to interpret complex data and turn it into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decision-making.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
