The Company

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Food To Go brand with locations across the UK. The business combines product innovation, operational excellence, and supply chain efficiency, and is scaling at pace. They're looking for a driven NPD professional to help shape their product offering. The role is based out of their Central London office.

The Role

Reporting to Operations, you'll support the product agenda across NPD, ingredient sourcing, menu launch, and store training for the brand's product offering.

  • You'll develop trend-led product ideas that fit the brand strategy, supporting projects from concept to launch.
  • You'll research and suggest new ingredients, understanding how they fit the brand's quality and cost requirements, and cost out new recipes to make sure they align with financial targets.
  • You'll liaise with suppliers to understand ingredient options and pricing, working closely with more senior team members on final decisions.
  • You'll use sales data to help identify product performance and menu opportunities.
  • You'll also support store teams with menu launches, helping bring new products to life on the ground.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
