Kitchen Line Operative
The Kitchen Line Operative is responsible for supporting the production of ready meals on the kitchen production line. The role involves preparing and handling ingredients, following recipes and production instructions, and ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, weigh, and handle ingredients according to production requirements.
- Work on the kitchen production line and ensure products are assembled and portioned correctly.
- Follow recipes, specifications, and instructions from Team Leaders and Supervisors.
- Operate kitchen and production equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow all food safety, allergen, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area.
- Complete cleaning and sanitising of equipment and work areas as required.
- Follow all health and safety and PPE requirements.
- Report equipment faults, accidents, hazards, or food safety concerns to the Supervisor.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality.
- Support other kitchen areas when required.
- Work positively as part of the production team and follow reasonable instructions from management.

Salary
£12.71 per hour
Candidates must be available for an interview between 21:00-22:00 Tuesday-Thursday.
