As a Food Production Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of the production line, helping to deliver safe, high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working on shifts, you'll play an important role in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards and contributing to a positive team culture while developing your skills within a leading food manufacturer.

What you'll be doing as a Food Production Operative

  • Supporting the efficient operation of the production line
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety and food quality
  • Working with colleagues to achieve production plans and targets
  • Monitoring materials and helping to reduce waste
  • Following processes and procedures to maximise productivity
