Job Description

We currently have exciting opportunities for Food Production Operative's to join the team in West Bromwich site D.

The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday to Friday 05:45 – 13:45

The rates of pay are: £12.75

As a Production Operative with 2 Sisters, you will handle and pack food products for top-tier customers in a busy chilled factory environment. The role involves regular manual handling and lifting of heavy products and containers as part of the day-to-day duties, so you should be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

Our ideal Production Operative will have passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met. You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.

We are a fast-moving business, so you need to enjoy working at a pace and have the determination to take action and achieve results. Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
