Food production Operative - Ruskington
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Food production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Ruskington. As a Production Operative, you will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. You will work as part of a team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality, while following site procedures and contributing to smooth operational performance.
Shift patterns:
- Working any 5 out of 7 days
- Starting times: 4:30 AM, 5:45 AM, or 6:00 AM
- Shifts can last up to 10 hours per day
Pay rates:
- 13.09 GBP hourly
