Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Restaurant Associates is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Food Program Coordinator to support the effective management of our food programme across our London sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality, catering, or food operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
The Role
As a Food Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our food procurement and administration processes. You'll be responsible for coordinating purchase orders, processing supplier invoices, managing vendor relationships, supporting food safety initiatives, and maintaining accurate records and reporting.
Working closely with operational teams, finance, and suppliers, you'll help ensure food is delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate food purchasing and manage the purchase order process.
- Review and process supplier invoices, resolving any discrepancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with food suppliers.
- Support food quality, safety, and compliance investigations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and produce regular reports.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen teams, finance, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
About You
You'll have experience within hospitality, catering, procurement, or a similar operational environment, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be proactive, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities while building strong working relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
