EcoSure (Ecolab Division) – Birmingham, UK
EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor in Birmingham.
About the Role
In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consultancy services to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites
- Provide consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
- Maintain strong client relationships in the industry

Minimum Qualifications
- Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification
- Be flexible and available to complete assignments across:
- Weekdays and weekends
- All dayparts (morning, afternoon, and evening)
- Must have access to a vehicle, a full, clean driving licence, and required audit equipment
- Based in or near the assigned territory
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g., retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently with:
- Initiative
- Sound judgment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

This role will operate on an independent consulting basis with Ecolab. No immigration sponsorship available.
