Freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor
Location: Bournemouth/Poole area
EcoSure (a division of Ecolab), a global leader in food safety and brand protection, is seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor to support food service brands through on-site audits and consulting.
About the Role
You will play a critical role in ensuring brand alignment and food safety compliance, directly impacting guest experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standards audits at client sites
- Provide consulting and advisory support on food safety and hygiene best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
- Level 4 Food Safety qualification
- Based in or near the assigned territory
- Ability to provide a clean driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle
- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
- Previous auditing experience
Skills & Requirements
- Preferred food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS)
- Proven auditing experience in food safety (hospitality, retail, F&B, convenience stores)
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving
- Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure while meeting deadlines
