EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor in Newcastle, with audit assignments covering Bamburgh, Berwick & Hexham.

In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site assessments and providing consultancy to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard assessments at client sites
  • Providing consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
  • Maintaining strong client relationships

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification
  • Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends, across a variety of dayparts
  • Have access to a vehicle, hold a full, clean driving licence
  • Based in or near the assigned territory

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis. No immigration sponsorship available.
